PhoneBurner App, the first of its kind on monday.com
CarbonWeb’s first official app in the monday.com apps marketplace was the integration of PhoneBurner and monday.com. Not only was this our first app, but it was the first of its kind on the monday.com platform. When we launched the PhoneBurner App, we had big plans for upgrading almost immediately after seeing how much users loved the functionality of launching dial sessions directly from monday.com.
We gave users time to uncover the benefits of using a Power Dialer and discover how beneficial integrating PhoneBurner with monday.com could be to their business in the long run. Now that some time has passed and we received feedback on the original app, it was time for us to improve the app tremendously.

CarbonWeb’s PhoneBurner App 2.0 has just been released, and with it comes a tremendously improved integration. From a vetted and tested two-way sync, updated UI inside of monday and more than a handful of new features, we’re confident that if you take power dialing seriously this app is for you!
This allows for seamless communication and coordination between your team members. With two-way sync, there is no need to manually update information in multiple places. This saves time and reduces the potential for errors. Additionally, having all of your data in one place allows for more efficient organization and easier access to important information. Dialing Session Board View
The PhoneBurner App 2.0’s board view allows you to see filtered lists and counts of contacts before you start, making it simple to plan and execute your dialing sessions. Additionally, you can access all of your PhoneBurner settings directly within monday.com, so you can quickly and easily adjust your settings as needed. This convenient feature allows you to launch and perform dialing sessions with ease, saving time and effort across your team.
Click-to-dial Item View
We added a new feature enabling you to dial a single contact from inside your items on monday.com. The Click-to-dial item view saves you from having to use the board view, filter, and launch full-blown dial sessions with the click of a button.
Custom Automation Triggers
This one is huge! With only one other app taking advantage of custom automation triggers, PhoneBurner is ahead of the curve. You can create processes, start new workflows, notify teammates, and more based on call dispositions, status, and more. Before, you had to set up automation to read the status; now, you can create custom automations based on your actions inside of your dial session.
