Responsibilities
Some of a sales representative’s daily responsibilities are the following:
- Outbound lead generation
- Inbound lead qualification
- Pipeline management
- Gestión de portafolios.
- Product demonstration
- General software consultation & exploration
- Engage in standard prospecting processes
- Service hand-offs and ongoing quality assurance
- Working in-office in Willoughby, Ohio
Experience/Skills
The ideal experience for a this role includes:
- 2+ years of sales / customer service experience within the SasS industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
Nice-to-have experience for this role includes:
- Associates or Bachelors degree encouraged
- Previous experience with monday.com is a plus!
- Other platform certifications (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
