Responsibilities
Some of a implementation consultant’s daily responsibilities are the following:
- Meetings with clients to walk them through and train them on using monday.com
- Understanding and building expertise monday.com Work Management and Dev
- Become familiar with monday marketplace apps, their use cases and best practices
- Provide CarbonWeb packaged services to customize solutions and train users on implementing monday apps from our partnered network
- Knowledge sharing with our solutions architects on the benefits and use-cases of monday Dev, monday Work Management and other monday products.
Experience/Skills
The ideal experience for a this role includes:
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS as a solution architect, implementation manager, or technological consulting, specifically with training and education in mind.
- Passion for developing user’s knowledge and ability to breakdown ideas into simple
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
Nice-to-have experience for this role includes:
- Associates or Bachelors degree encouraged
- Previous experience with monday.com is a plus!
