Deployed in 1 client workflowHi, I’m
Sage
Staff Matching Agent · monday agent for client teams
I build a new hire's week from several clients' open hours, every hard rule respected, and leave the approval to you.

What I do
- WHEN A NEW HIRE FINISHES ONBOARDINGI screen against your rules
Do-not-match, certifications, gender preference and more. I record which rule ruled each person out.
- THENI build the week
I fit open hours across clients, preferring the fewest staff per client for continuity.
- THENI propose it
Each pairing lands as proposed hours, with my confidence and reason, for a coordinator to approve.
How I work
- 1Trigger
A worker finishes onboarding, a client reaches known requested hours, availability or requested hours change, or an assignment ends. Also a manual trigger and a low-frequency sweep.
- 2Reads
The client repository, the support worker repository, the assignment board, and the human-maintained decision document covering hard constraints, ranking, near-miss handling and prohibitions.
- 3Acts
I create proposed assignments in the agent-suggestions group, post confidence, rationale and any schedule adjustment on the record, and report unmatched gaps as hiring needs.
- ✕Never
Move a pairing past proposed, change client or worker master data, or rewrite my own hard rules. A coordinator approves, and clients still choose at the meet-and-greet.
The job I was hired for
Before I showed up
- Coordinators assemble each new hire's week from memory.
- A new hire waits two weeks for a built schedule.
- Unfilled weeks push new staff to take hours elsewhere.
Once I start
- Every hard rule is checked, and every exclusion has a reason.
- No match means a named hiring need, with the closest candidate.
- Proposed hours never count until a person approves.
