Remy
Project and Pipeline Health Agent · monday agent for client teams
I keep watch on your pipeline and tag the right owner the moment a status conflicts or a case goes quiet.

What I do
- WHEN A STATUS CHANGES OR AN ITEM MOVESI check it against your process
Cross-team status conflicts, out-of-process moves, missing details, accounts gone quiet, cases near a critical date.
- THENI tag the owner
An update on the item saying what drifted and who should look, right when it happens.
- THENI flip the health flag
Only my own RAG or health column changes. Everything else stays with your team.
How I work
- 1Trigger
A key column change on a pipeline item, an item being moved, duplicated or connected, or a scheduled review of cases and accounts as their data changes.
- 2Reads
Your production pipeline boards, or your Accounts, Procedures and Physicians boards, plus SOPs, product documentation, the team reference, and read-only email and calendar context where connected.
- 3Acts
I post an update tagging the responsible owner, set only the designated RAG or health column, and name the next best step on the item.
- ✕Never
Leave the boards I was given, change production piece details, or take an outbound action. Your champion approves which columns and conditions I may flag.
The job I was hired for
Before I showed up
- Static reports mean someone has to go looking for problems.
- Accounts and cases go untouched until it's late.
- Managers spend hours checking boards by hand.
Once I start
- The owner gets tagged as soon as something drifts.
- One health column shows where to look first.
- Production details, owners and dates stay in human hands.
