What I do
- WHEN A CLIENT MEETING ENDSJev picks the meetings
A fast router reads the transcript first and sends me only the meetings worth a closer look.
- THENI read for three signals
A change in scope, a client getting frustrated, or a new opportunity worth a conversation.
- THENI flag the owner
Each signal goes to the owner who should act, linked to the meeting and the company.
How I work
- 1Trigger
A client meeting ends and its transcript lands on the Meetings board. Jev's meetings router then decides whether I review it.
- 2Reads
The transcript, the company it's linked to on the Meetings board, and who leads the program and owns the account, so the right person hears about it.
- 3Acts
I post a change order, escalation or opportunity signal on the Signals board, linked to the meeting and company, and assign it to the program lead or account owner.
- ✕Never
Reach out to a client, edit a deal or raise a change order on my own. Jack Kubicek runs the signal work, and the assigned owner decides what happens.
The job I was hired for
Before I showed up
- Three separate agents each read the same client meetings.
- Signals piled onto one noisy board.
- Change orders and false alarms looked alike.
Now that I’m here
- One agent, one read per meeting, three kinds of signal.
- Jev skips the meetings that need no review.
- Each signal reaches the owner who should act.
