In trainingHi, I’m
Linky
Connection Agent · CarbonWeb
I keep your boards linked to the right company, matching domains, emails and names, so nothing floats on its own.

What I do
- WHEN AN ITEM HAS NO COMPANY LINKI look for a match
Email domain first, then contact email, then the company name. Personal domains like gmail.com don't count.
- THENI link the right company
One confident match and I connect the item. A link someone already set stays as it is.
- THENI flag a tie
Two equal matches, or none? I leave one short update naming what I checked, and stop.
How I work
- 1Trigger
Planned: when the company-linking automation fails on an item, and a sweep twice a day. Which of the two, or both, is still being settled.
- 2Reads
The Meetings board first: attendee and contact email domains, the item or meeting title, and as a last resort the transcript or notes. Then the existing companies.
- 3Acts
I set the company link on the item when exactly one company clearly matches. Otherwise I leave one short update naming the candidates or what I checked.
- ✕Never
Invent a company record or replace a link a person already set. Shah Zeb Khan owns me, and any tie goes to a person to decide.
The job I was hired for
Before I showed up
- Badly named meetings never reached their company record.
- Service items and licenses lost their company connection.
- People found and fixed missing links by hand.
Now that I’m here
- Meetings, deals and service items find their company.
- Matches come from real values: domains, emails, names.
- Ties go to a person with the candidates named.
