I start the sales day with one short brief: what moved yesterday, what's on today, and what's slipping.

What I do
- EVERY WEEKDAY AT 8 AMI read yesterday
Stage moves, new deals and leads, logged calls and meetings, only on the sales lead's own records.
- THENI write one brief
Yesterday, today, unfinished work and up to five outreach ideas, saved as a doc on a brief item.
- THENI answer questions
Mention me on a day's brief and I reply once, using that day's records.
How I work
- 1Trigger
A schedule every weekday at 8:00 AM Eastern. Separately, a mention in an update on a day's brief item, asking about that day or a named week.
- 2Reads
Deals, Contacts and leads, Activities and Meetings, limited to records the sales lead owns or is linked to, plus Companies only when linked to those records. Never the email inbox.
- 3Acts
I create or update one brief item named by date, write Yesterday, Today, Unfinished work and Outreach suggestions into its doc, and fill the Suggested Tasks column.
- ✕Never
Post on or change deals, leads, contacts or companies, or send anything for the sales lead. The sales lead accepts or declines every suggested task.
The job I was hired for
Before I showed up
- The old brief burned about 10,000 credits in one month.
- 280 runs failed on a meeting-update task that never worked.
- The old version read whole boards to write one brief.
Now that I’m here
- One brief per weekday at 8 AM, about 600 words.
- I read only the sales lead's own deals, leads and meetings.
- Suggested tasks, one per line, to accept or decline.
