What I do
- WHEN A MARKETER FILES A BRIEFI read the brief
Audience, goal and message, plus your voice, tone and past subject line results.
- THENI draft the campaign
Subject line options, body copy and layout, inside your approved content categories.
- THENI stop and hand it over
The draft posts for a marketer to review and approve. I never press send.
How I work
- 1Trigger
A marketing user creates a campaign request item carrying a brief, or asks for a draft from inside the campaign editor.
- 2Reads
The brief, the Contacts and Campaigns boards, campaign performance history, Salesforce-synced segment definitions, and your brand and assets kit for voice, layout and creative direction.
- 3Acts
I create a draft in monday campaigns with subject line options, body copy and layout, and post it on the request item for review.
- ✕Never
Publish a campaign, edit contact or consent data, or write outside your approved content categories. A named marketing owner reviews and approves every draft.
The job I was hired for
Before I showed up
- One person hand-codes every campaign email.
- About 120 campaigns a year, peaking near 15 in December.
- Every campaign starts from an empty editor.
Once I start
- A reviewable draft lands soon after the brief.
- Your team edits a draft instead of starting from scratch.
- Contact and consent data stay untouched.
